Athletic Events

"Great Gator Shootout" Our club is set to host its’ 1st Annual "Great Gator Shootout", a Clay Shooting Competition event on Sep 13, 2008. Our event will be run in conjunction with the Amelia Shotgun Sports, LLC, Yulee, Florida. The guidelines for this event will be per the U.S. Skeet and Clay Shooting Association rules. The Amelia Shotgun Sports' pro is National Champion, John Woolley who will oversee this event. This is our major fundraising event scheduled for this year. We already have a good number of local businesses committed to support our cause which is to raise scholarship funds for our Nassau County High School graduates headed to UF. We anticipate sportsmen will be attracted to this event from Florida, the Southeast, and also Nationally. We are soliciting sport shooters and sponsors. Click here for our Poster!
